I enjoy working across organisational, professional and sector boundaries.

The challenges that interest me most are rarely owned by a single organisation or team and often depend on people finding a way forward together.

I bring more than fifteen years’ experience at senior leadership and director level, with a career spanning health and care, local government, and voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations. I have led functions including strategy, planning, performance, commissioning, programme management, governance and estates.

This breadth of experience, combined with extensive partnership working, has given me a strong understanding of how organisations and systems operate, how different perspectives and priorities interact, and what it takes to translate ambition into meaningful change.

Today, I work with organisations to navigate complexity, build alignment and make progress on the issues that matter most, drawing on both senior leadership experience and a strong understanding of how change happens in practice.

I am a member of the Institute of Consulting (IoC), part of the Chartered Management Institute.
